ISLAND BY FRANCIS OCRAN

Lonely on my island always
There I dine and ripe always
Alone always
Lonely always
My thoughts separated away
Far from among men
Prisoned in my island pen
Grasping  for help in my den
I can't seek help then
Lonely and separated like sick hen
I can't cure with Yen
Wanted to get close when?

LOVE HAS GOT A FLESH by Francis Ocran

Love has got a flesh
My voyage to find love
Ended my vague argument and doubt
Abstract love is a myth
Mastery of heart is her
My heart saw her

Love has got a flesh
She is a child
Beautiful as roses
Sweet fragrance
French perfume
Spreading all over
Broad lips like water lilly
Red as lipstick and not an option
She kept me in her affection
Her delectable convex lid is a passion
Affection is her mansion
So I can't escape from her portion.

BLOOD ON OUR STREETS by Francis Ocran.

Panic plungs in our heart every twilight
In the night fear grips us under our rooofs.
We partly faints from strange door knocks.
We only sleep with one ear awakened.
But evil attack us and take what belong to us with rage and furiousity.

I AM BUT NEVER BE poem by Francis Ocran

Always I am but have never be.
Beginning I was created to exist.
I am million years ago
The truth is I have never be
My existence has always been today
Many wish to perform a task in me

PINK VALENTINE by Francis Valentine

Pink valentine
A day to dine and wine
Not too much
Just a gift of latch
To find your match
In order to patch
Not to apart and detach

Temptation by Francis Ocran.

Temptation
Doom on that fateful day
Running errands for my master
Delivering package to his mistress
Not knowing my ambush is near
But I couldn't see it was so clear.

I Met Fear :francispoems

I met fear
One silent night
Dark in my room
He was too near and could not dare.
He was so fearsome
Red skin and rude kin
His eyes burn in rage
Nose fumes out anger.
His mouth pours failure
Goose pimples sprinkled on my body
My heart jumped into my mouth
My screaming only voiced in my mouth
In awe I became speechless and brainless.
Cowardice made me to shiver down my spine.
Sweat begins to rain out my pores
It cannot pause

I BELIEVE POEM WRITTEN BY FRANCIS OCRAN

The tide might fall.
The sun might set.
Beneath and underneath
But rise will outshine
Tide will rise
The sun will shine.

Quit No More by Francis Ocran

Rivers and streams are still flowing though dry up in the harmattan. Sun is still rising and setting though bad weather keeps the day dark.Tide still rises and falls  since the beginning without quitting.Lives are born each day though millions die daily.
Sun dries the earth daily but rain softens it daily.
